FLASH WOMEN NUGGETS
The women's team accumulated six top 10 finishes after this weekends meet.
Olivia Renk placed fourth in the 100m with a time of 12.11. She also finished 10th place in the 200m with a time of 24.79.Â
Rosie Gaydos took first place in the 5000m. With a time of 17:17.17, she moved to second all-time in the event in school history. Right behind Gaydos was
Morgan McNaughton in second place. She finished with a time of 17:48.66.Â
Nina Connors took ninth in the 3000m Steeplechase to end with a 10:50.96 time.Â
Freshman
Karsyn Ford placed 10th in pole vault with a clear of 3.30m.
Quackenbush took 15th place in the 10k to break a 20 year old record for the Red Flash. She finished with a time of 35:47.75 to surpass Taryn Gibson who previously held the record back in 2006.Â
FLASH MEN NUGGETS
The men's team registered seven top 10 performances.
Collin Dreese finished ninth in the 1500m with a personal best of 3:58.45.
Ayden Martinage took 10th place in high jump with a clearing of 1.87m.
Dylan Andrews reached 4.55m to take third place in pole vault.Â
Two Red Flash placed top 10 in triple jump.
Tyler Craft took third place with a leap of 14.27m and freshman
Nehemyah Williams placed eighth with 14.00m.
Clark Gulycz finished in fifth place in shot put after a personal best. He had a throw of 17.74m to take second in the Saint Francis all time record.Â
Lastly,
Joseph Sevison landed in 10th place after a 46.70m performance in discus.Â
