TURNING POINT OF THE GAME
The Red Flash fell to FDU 20-25, after the Knights went on a 7-1 run to finish the first set. The second set, Saint Francis gave itself some breathing room over FDU by taking a seven point lead over the Knights at one point. The second set marked the first spree of Decker's attacks. The junior recorded five kills in the second set. The third set was back and forth for quite some time until the Red Flash took over and sealed the match point after going on a 4-1 run. At the end of the set, the Red Flash went on a 7-2 run to defeat the Knights in four. Saint Francis secured today's game, 3-1, during the last set with a 25-20 win over the Knights.
FLASH MOMENTSÂ
Today's matchup did not affect the seeding for the NEC tournament for Saint Francis. During the first set, Saint Francis' seniors started the match in honor of their last regular season home game. Head Coach, Mike Rumbaugh, one by one subbed the seniors out of the match for final recognition from the Red Flash families and fans.
Kuruzovich, who has been injured, started the first set out with a serve before returning back to the sidline with an ovation from the crowd in honor of senior night.
FLASH NUGGETS
Decker recorded a .650 hitting percentage after his career-high 13 kill night.Â
Freshman, Tate Myatt added three kills on four attacks, along with five assisted blocks and one solo block.
Luke Colquette tallied eight kills and four digs.
Freshman, Piatek matched his season-high of seven kills and added in a career-high of seven digs on the night.
Nate Duff contributed six digs, one short of matching his season best of seven he earned during Friday's matchup.

Saint Francis men's volleyball will host the NEC tournament in DeGol Arena on Friday and Saturday. The number one seeded Red Flash will take on fourth seeded LIU at 3 p.m., on Friday. The winner of the FDU and UMES match will take on the winner of LIU and Saint Francis Saturday at 5 p.m.
