Part of a 4x400 relay team that finished seventh overall at the NEC Championship with a time of 3:20.87 … member of the 4x800m relay team who finished seventh with a time of 8:03.48 at the NEC Championship … posted a personal best time of 51.94 in the 400m dash at the Colonial Relays … finished ninth overall at the NEC Championship by posting a personal best timie of 1:55.22 in the 800m run.

2011 Indoor
Won the 500m run at the Thomson Invitational by clocking in at 1:08.61 … posted a time of 1:57.94 in the 800m run at the NEC Championship … member of the 4x400 relay squad that recorded a time of 3:29.29 at the NEC Championship.

2010 Outdoor
A key part of the Red Flash relays, Foster was a member of the 4x400m Relay Team that recorded a time of 3:24.26 in the NEC Outdoor Championships (5/2/10).

2009-10 Indoor
recorded a PR in the indoor 800m at the Bison O&M with a time of 1:56.80 (1/30/10) …part of the indoor 4x400m Relay team notched the season's best performance with a time of 3:28.70 at the Bucknell Winter (2/12/10)… member of the indoor 4x800m Relay team that recorded the season's best performance with a time of 8:00.06 at the PSU Northeast Challenge (1/16/10).

2009 Outdoor
Member of the 4x800m relay team that finished third with an ECAC-qualifying time of 7:49.72 at the 2009 NEC Outdoors.

2008-09 Indoor
A member of the men’s distance medley relay team that won gold at 2009 NEC Indoors with a time of 10:32.90, helping lead the Red Flash to the team title.
