Set her personal best and season high in the 800m with a time of 2:22.85 at the NEC Indoor Championships on 2/12/11… also set her personal best and season high in the 1,000m with a time of 3:07.33 at the Bucknell Heptagonal on 1/22/11.

Frydrych set a career high in the outdoor 800m recording a time of 2:25.51 at the Colonial Relays (4/2/10)...was a member of the outdoor 4x800m Relay Team that took third at the NEC’s Finals (5/1/10) with a time of 9:38.05.
