Biography
SENIOR (2016-17) – Established Top 10 times at SFU in the 50-yard Freestyle (8th, 24.18) and 200-yard Medley Relay (3rd, 1:43.12)… At the NEC Championships, finished eighth in the 400-yard IM (4:37.07), 13th in the 1,650-yard Freestyle (18:06.32) and 21st in the 500-yard Freestyle (5:10.66). Combined with Katie Lafferty, Erin O’Neill and Sabrina Bowman for a third-place finish in the 200-yard Medley Relay (1:43.12) and Bowman, Baur and Lafferty for a fourth-place finish in the 200-yard Freestyle Relay (1:35.14)… At the meet against Delaware/Georgetown (10/1), contributed to a second-place finish in the 200-yard Medley Relay (1:48.19)… Earned three Top 10 finishes at the Colgate Fall Classic, including the 200-yard IM (7th, 2:14.64), 400-yard IM (9th, 4:49.40) and 1,650-yard Freestyle (9th, 18:55.28). Helped to earn a win in the 200-yard Medley Relay (1:49.17), setting a new meet record… At the Northeast Catholic Invitational, finished fourth in the 500-yard Freestyle (5:17.54), eighth in the 200-yard Freestyle (2:00.70) and 1000-yard Freestyle (10:59.17). Contributed to a win in the 200-yard Medley Relay, with a time of 1:49.75… Against LIU Brooklyn (10/29), won the 500-yard Freestyle (5:20.50) and placed third in the 50-yard Freestyle (24.93), while contributing to a win in the 200-yard Medley Relay (1:48.67)… At the Magnus Cup, finished seventh in the 50-yard Butterfly, with a time of 26.03… Against Lock Haven (12/3), earned wins in the 200-yard Breaststroke (2:30.09) and 500-yard Freestyle (5:21.78) and helped to earn a win in the 200-yard Medley Relay (1:55.19)… At Youngstown State (1/13), won the 50-yard Freestyle (24.87), placed second in the 500-yard Freestyle (5:21.31) and third in the 200-yard Freestyle (2:01.29). Contributed to a win in the 200-yard Freestyle Relay (1:39.75)… Finished third in the 100-yard Butterfly against Duquesne (1/14), with a time of 1:06.85, and helped to earn a win in the 200-yard Medley Relay (1:48.73)… Against Siena (1/19), won the 50-yard Freestyle (24.73) and 500-yard Freestyle (5:21.78) and contributed to relay wins in the 200-yard Medley (1:49.84) and 400-yard Freestyle Relay (3:44.88)… At the Western PA Invitational, contributed to a fifth-place finish in the 200-yard Medley Relay, with a time of 1:49.42.
JUNIOR (2015-16) – Earned a fifth place finish in the 1,650-yard Freestyle at the NEC Championships, with a time of 17:34.94. Also finished seventh in the 400-yard IM, with a time of 4:34.04, and 13th in the 500-yard Freestyle, with a pace of 5:05.32… Had a pair of second-place finishes in the meet at LIU Brooklyn(10/31). Placed second in the 200-yard Freestyle, with a time of 2:01.66, and 500-yard Freestyle, with a pace of 5:23.51… Earned second place in the 200-yard IM at Siena(1/23), third place in the 100-yard Butterfly against Wagner(11/14) and third place finishes in the 1,000-yard Freestyle vs. St. Francis Brooklyn(10/10) and Youngstown State(1/30)… Combined with Katie Lafferty, Jessie Reilly and Catherine Rogers for a fourth-place finish in the 200-yard Medley Relay at the NEC Championships, with a time of 1:43.42, ranking third in program history. Also teamed with Lafferty, Emma Karell and Rory O’Dell to place fourth in the 800-yard Freestyle Relay, with a time of 7:39.34… Earned three wins this season in the 200-yard Medley Relay, while combining with Lafferty, Reilly and Rogers… Also earned first place finishes in the 200-yard Medley Relay, while combining with Karell, Reilly and Sara Dieterich at St. Francis Brooklyn and Dieterich, Reilly and Rogers at the Northeast Catholic Invite(10/17).
SOPHOMORE (2014-15) – Finished seventh with a time of 4:28.18 in the 400 individual medley and placed 11th with a time of 17:45.24 in the 1,650-yard freestyle at the NEC Championships … finished second in the 1,650-yard freestyle against Youngstown State ... came in third in 200-yard freestyle in the 151-107 win against Mount St. Mary’s with a time of 2:01.84.
FRESHMAN (2013-14) – Placed fifth in the 1,650-yard freestyle race at the NEC Championships with a personal record of 17:28.90… also swam in the 100-yard butterfly (57.56) and the 500-yard freestyle (5:02.04), setting personal records in both events … was a member of two SFU relay teams, which included the 400-yard freestyle relay (3:38.73) and the 800-yard freestyle relay (7:43.93) … set a personal record in the 200-yard freestyle (1:59.59) at SFU’s final home meet of the season against Youngstown State (1/18).
BEFORE SFU- A member of the Vaughan Aquatic Club where she currently holds 24 club records ... Over three years competing at the Region of Peel Secondary School Athletic Association Open won 4 gold, 1 silver, and 1 bronze ... Medalist in in the 2013 Ontario Team Championships ... 2011, 2012 and 2013 Team MVP of the St. Michael Catholic Secondary School ... Also competed in cross country (School MVP 2011) and track and field.
