JUNIOR (2009): Was the first SFU cross country runner to cross the line in every race he ran in 2009... won the Northeast Conference Scholar-Athlete of the Year for Cross Country in 2009...earned his second straight All-NEC distinction when he took 3rd out of 102 (26:22) at the 2009 NEC Championships (10/31/09)...placed 7th out of 108 (25:09) at the Buffalo Stampede Invite (9/19/09)...finished 3rd out of 332 (24:55) at the Paul Short Invitational, the first Northeast Conference harrier to finish at the race (10/2/09)...finished 47th out of 197 (33:33) at the 2009 NCAA Mid Atlantic Region (11/15/09).

SOPHOMORE (2008): Secured a seventh-place showing at the 2008 NEC Cross Country Championship with a time of 27:09, and finished 73rd (27:09) at the IC4A Championships.

FRESHMAN (2007): Three-time NEC Cross Country Rookie-of-the-Week during freshman season in 2007... took 37th at 2007 NEC XC Championships (28:00.9), and finished 53rd (27:11) at the IC4A Championships.

Fall 2007, 2008 and spring 2008, 2009 SFU Academic Honor Roll student… fall 2008, winter 2009 and spring 2008 NEC Academic Honor Roll… Physical Therapy major.
