Captured the individual title in the 5000m run at the NEC Championship by clocking in at 14:37.45 … also took the title in the 10000m run at the NEC Championship with a time of 30:53.46 … at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track and Field Championship, he ran a 30:34.21 in the 10000m run for an eighth overall finish … finished fifth overall in the 5000m run with a personal best time of 14:26.18 at the Bison Outdoor Classic … posted a personal best as well in the 10000m run at the Penn Relays with a time of 30:25.12.
2010-11 Indoor
Took the individual title in the 3000m run at the NEC Championship with a time of 8:30.40 … also captured the title in the 5000m run at the NEC Championship by clocking in at 14:58.90 … finished eighth overall in the 3000m run at the IC4A Indoor Track and Field Championship with a personal best time of 8:17.40 … recorded a personal best and first place finish in the 1 mile run at the George Mason Last Chance track meet with a time of 4:14.39.
2010 Outdoor
Won his third individual Northeast Conference championship in 2010, winning his second consecutive 5000m title at the NEC Outdoor Championships with a time of 15:10.79 (5/2/10)... took second in the 10,000m at the NEC Outdoor Championships, dealing with unfavorable heat and humidity to post a time of 31:07.25 (5/1/10)... gutted out a strong performance in the 10,000m at the Bison Outdoor Classic, running a time of 30:42.88 in unseasonably wintry conditions and qualifying for the IC4A Championships (4/10/10)…was a member of the outdoor 4x1500m Relay team that took fifth overall at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 16:10.88, also setting a new school record (3/26/10)
2009-10 Indoor
Recorded two personal bests at the NEC Indoor Championships, finishing in second place in the 5000m with a time of 15:10.53 and in third in the indoor 3000m with a time of 8:38.71 (2/20/10)... both times were the best performances of the year in each event...Placed 15th out of 102 (27:15) at the 2009 NEC Championships, missing out on All-NEC consideration by one place (10/31/ 09)... Took 12th out of 108 (26:23) at the Buffalo Stampede Invite (9/19/09)...finished 9th out of 332 (25:24) at the Paul Short Invitational (10/2/09).
2009 Outdoor
Mills wrapped up his freshman season as a two-time NEC Champion… won gold in the 5k (15:02.75) and 10k (31:27.42) races at the 2009 NEC Outdoor Championships... named NEC Rookie-of-the-Week (4/14/09) after qualifying for the IC4A Championships with a time of 30:53.73 in the 10k, at the Bison Outdoor... crossed the line in 20th in the 10k (31:46.97) at the 2009 ECAC/IC4A Track & Field Championships… finished 31st in the 5k (15:35.93) at the 2009 NCAA East Regional… had a fifth-place showing in the 3k (8:51.12), and a seventh-place finish in the 5k (15:24.10),
2008-09 Indoor
