Khairi Dickson rushed for 148 yards on the ground for the Red Flash in just the second game of his college career while also picking up the first touchdown of his young career in a win over Bryant. The freshman outshined preseason all-conference and 2011 All-American Jordan Brown on the other side of the ball by rushing for more yards and for a better average. After two weeks of play, Dickson ranks second in the NEC in rushing and sits tied for 23rd nationally. For his efforts, Dickson earned National Honorable Mention Performer of the Week honors from College Football Performance awards and NEC Rookie of the Week.
