LORETTO, Pa. (Aug. 27, 2011) - The Saint Francis University field hockey fell in a netural site game against Richmond, Saturday, on the campus of Ohio University, 5-0. 

Richmond (1-0) got first-half goals from Chelsea Davies, Natalie Gallo, Rebecca Barry and Jackie Gyger. Liesl Schnuck added a second half tally as the Spiders picked up the win. Kelsey Gavigan (Cape May, N.J./Lower Cape May) earned the start in net for the Red Flash (0-2) and made 10 stops in net to raise her season total to 15.

Saint Francis returns to action at 1 p.m. Sept. 4 in the team's home opener against Lehigh.
