The Red Flash welcomes Penn to the Stokes Soccerplex for the first time on Sunday for its non-conference finale. Winners of their past three games, the Quakers represent a stiff test for Saint Francis, which enters on the heels of its sixth consecutive victory.
Penn is led by Kerry Scalora and Erin Mikolai, who have each scored three goals headed into today's action. Three other Quakers – Kathryn Barth, Kaitlyn Moore and Claire Walker – have netted two goals apiece. Penn – which defeated Columbia, 1-0, on Friday – is 2-2 on the road this season.
With Friday's 3-0 win over Central Conn. State, Saint Francis ran its run of consecutive shutouts to five games. The string broke the previous program record which dated back to 1991.
The Quakers defeated Saint Francis in Philadelphia last year, 3-0.
