LORETTO, Pa. (Nov. 7, 2012) - Head softball coach Jennifer Patrick-Swift announced that the team will host a winter softball clinic in January of 2013.

The clinic will be held Jan. 12-13 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and girls in grades 8-12 are welcome to attend. Cost of the clinic runs at $185 and will be held at the Maurice Stokes Athletic Center on the campus of Saint Francis University. The clinic is designed to enhance the offensive, defensive and pitching skills that are necessary to play collegiate level softball.

The coaching staff and instructors will break down and analyze all aspects of hitting as well as provide defensive instruction and analysis specific to each camper's position. Pitchers are asked to bring their own catcher, if one is not available, please call for additional options. All campers are asked to bring any needed equipment; glove, bat, batting gloves, tennis shoes, and catching equipment if necessary.
