LORETTO, Pa. - (Aug. 30, 2013) The Red Flash welcomes Canisius College Golden Griffins to the Stokes Soccerplex as the Red Flash look to kick off their home opener with a win.

The series is led by Saint Francis nine to four. Canisius won the last match 3-0 at the Demske Sports Complex in Buffalo, N.Y.
Canisius claimed a heated game after Bryan Causey (Virginia Beach, Va./Salem) and Tamas Maffey-Stumpe (Cairns, Queensland, Australia/Mossman State) received red cards forcing the Saint Francis U to play two men down. The Golden Griffins capitalized on the Red Flash cards as Will Hudson netted a penalty kick at the 51 minute mark leading the Golden Griffins to victory.
