FULL RESULTS
NORFOLK, Va. (Oct. 21, 2014) – The Saint Francis University men's golf team wrapped up its fall competition and placed 14th at the Old Dominion Collegiate Invitational, which was held Sunday through Tuesday.
Led by
Kevin Fawcett (London, Ontario, Canada/Oakridge Secondary), the Red Flash finished with a three-round team score of 917 (320-298-299). Fawcett placed tied for 27th overall after carding a 221 (76-70-75).
Freshman
Brandon Mihalo (Windsor, Ontario, Canada/Holy Names Catholic) placed second for SFU and tied for 43rd overall with a three-round total of 225 (80-72-73).
Edward Maruca (Ebensburg, Pa./Central Cambria) finished 52nd overall after carding a 228 (80-75-73).
Jeremy Merich (Venetia, Pa./Peters Township) placed 79th overall after shooting a 248 (84-86-78). Rounding out the players on the course for Saint Francis, Jimmy Ferguson placed 80th after carding a 249 (89-81-79).
