Ryan Byers (Scottdale, Pa./Southmoreland) won his third Northeast Conference Player of the Week honor following his performance in SFU's 4-0 thrashing of the Robert Morris Colonials. The men's soccer team rewrote the history books in Sunday's afternoon win claiming their 12th victory of the season, clinching the Northeast Conference regular season title, and giving them the right to host the NEC playoffs in Loretto, Pa.
The No. 1 seed Red Flash will play No. 4 LIU Brooklyn in the NEC semifinals Friday Nov. 14 at 4 p.m. at the DeGol Field.
