LORETTO, PA- Saint Francis senior goalkeeper
Samantha Zeiders (Hummelstown, Pa./Lower Dauphin) was named First-team All-Mid-Atlantic Region and senior midfield
Selena Adamshick (Harveys Lake, Pa./Lake-Lehman) was named to the second team as announced by Longstreth and the National Field Hockey Coaches' Association (NFHCA).

Zeiders played every minute in goal for the Red Flash this year, ranking in the top-5 in the Nation and leading the A-10 with eight shutouts. She was also named first-team All-Atlantic-10 for her efforts. Her 1.30 goals against average was second in the A-10, while her .768 save percentage ranked her third in the conference. Both her goals against average and save percentage are 12th in the NCAA in the 2015 season. Â Â The senior finishes her career as one of the best in the NCAA ranking in the top-10 amongst career active leaders

"Sammy has left a lasting mark on our program at the goalkeeping position," Coach Bean added. "During a season in which she put up some of the best numbers of her career, Sammy went out of her way to mentor our younger keepers."

This is the second-straight season that Adamshick has been named to the All-Region team. Adamshick was named to the Atlantic-10 first team for the second-straight season and was selected to the annual NFHCA senior game. The senior led the Red Flash with 11 goals and 29 points and tied for the team lead with seven assists. The 11 goals were good for third in the A-10 and the 29 points placed her second. The goals and points were the fifth-most in a season in SFU history. The senior is also leaving a lasting legacy on the NCAA record books as Adamshick is currently ranked in the Top 20 among Active Career NCAA Stat Leaders as follows:

 #15 Assists/Game.

In addition to her success on the field, Adamshick also excelled in the classroom. The Harvey's Lake, Pennsylvania native was the Marie and Frank Picarella Scholarship award winner, and posted a perfect 4.0 in graduate school as she works towards her MBA and was named Academic All-A-10 for her excellence.
