LORETTO, Pa. – The Saint Francis women's lacrosse team continues their four-game road trip at Furman on Tuesday at 6 p.m.

This is first-ever meeting between the Flash and the Paladins.

Saint Francis is 1-1 overall and is coming off a loss at Winthrop on Sunday, 16-7. Furman is off to a 1-2 start in 2016 with its only win coming against Gardner-Webb, 15-8, last Wednesday.

Holly Lawrence (Damascus, Md./Damascus) and senior
Christina Fini (Huntington, N.Y./Smithtown East) contributed with two goals apiece against Winthrop. Lawrence also added four draw controls and two ground balls, while Fini caused two turnovers.

Lindsay Ingram (Stewartstown, Pa./York Catholic) poured in a goal against the Eagles to add to her team-leading seven tallies on the year, while senior
Katie Schaaf (Ellicott City, Md./Hebron) finished with an assist to give her five on the year.

Heather McKee (Bel Air, Md./C. Milton Wright Bel Air) faced an onslaught of Eagles' shots on Sunday and managed to make seven saves in net.
