LORETTO, Pa. – The Saint Francis women's lacrosse team hosts the Bucknell Bison on Saturday at DeGol Field at 3 p.m.
 
The Flash has beaten the Bison just once in the all-time series, which came in 2011. Saint Francis played Bucknell close last season, where they lost by three, 13-10, at Bucknell.
 
Bucknell is off to 3-2 start in 2016 with wins against two future Flash opponents in Delaware State and Mount St. Mary's. The Bison dropped a close game to Monmouth on Wednesday, 17-16.
 
Holly Lawrence (Damascus, Md./Damascus) and Sarah Mahon (Malverne, N.Y./Kellenberg Memorial) paced the Flash during their four-game spring break road trip with six goals each. Lawrence and Mahon have each tallied 10 goals on the season, which leads SFU. Mahon now leads the team in points with 11.  
 
Alex Anton (Galloway, Ohio/Hilliard Bradley) is first on the squad in draw controls with 18, while Christina Fini (Huntington, N.Y./Smithtown East) leads the team in ground balls with 12.
 
The Flash return to action on March 16 against Duquesne at 6 p.m.
