LORETTO, Pa. – The Saint Francis women's lacrosse team hits the road to face Delaware State on Sunday for a non-conference matchup. Game time is set for 1 p.m.

The Flash is 1-6 on the season, while the Hornets are sporting a 2-5 record in 2016. Saint Francis is coming off a 15-7 loss against Duquesne on Wednesday. DSU squared off against Detroit Mercy last Sunday and fell, 22-1. The Flash is 3-0 all-time against the Hornets. Saint Francis dropped Delaware State, 17-7, at home last season.

Iman Hassan paces the Hornets' offensive attack with 17 goals on the season. Kiana Dawson leads the squad with 18 ground balls and has caused 18 turnovers on the year.

Holly Lawrence (Damascus, Md./Damascus) is off to an impressive start for the Flash in 2016. The junior midfielder has netted 15 goals through the first seven games for Saint Francis.

On the defensive side, Christian Fini leads the Flash with 16 ground balls and has caused five turnovers.
Alex Anton (Galloway, Ohio/Hilliard Bradley) leads the team in draw controls with 22.
