LORETTO, Pa. – The Saint Francis women's lacrosse team heads to Bryant and CCSU for a pair of conference games starting on Friday.

ABOUT THE FLASHÂ
The Flash holds a 4-7 overall record and is 1-1 in the NEC. Saint Francis is coming off a weekend split against Sacred Heart and LIU Brooklyn. SFU fell to SHU, 10-14, on Friday and defeated LIU, 13-10, on Sunday.

Holly Lawrence (Damascus, Md./Damascus) paced the Flash with six total goals during the weekend.
Sarah Mahon (Malverne, N.Y./Kellenberg Memorial) added four goals and five assists and
Jessica Mazzur (Dallastown, Pa./York Catholic) tallied three assists and three goals.
Heather McKee (Bel Air, Md./C. Milton Wright Bel Air) earned her third win of the season, made nine stops and added five ground balls.

Lawrence leads the Flash with 27 goals on the season and is second on the team with 28 points. Mahon's 34 points is first on the squad. The sophomore has 23 goals, 16 ground balls, 11 assists and 23 draw controls on the season.

ABOUT THE BULLDOGS Â
The Bulldogs lead the NEC with a 2-0 conference record and is 8-3 overall. Bryant is currently on a six-game winning streak. Bryant defeated Wagner, 7-4, last Sunday in conference play.

On the offensive side, Lauren Descalzo ranks third in the NEC in goals per game (2.75), and averages the second most shots per game (6.75). Nicole Britton leads the conference in assists per game (1.73).

Saint Francis looks to snap a seven-game losing streak against Bryant. The Flash fell to the Bulldogs, 17-10, at home last season.

ABOUT THE BLUE DEVILSÂ
CCSU enters Sunday's matchup with a 1-10 overall record and is 0-2 in the NEC. The Blue Devils fell to Mount St. Mary's, 11-9, last Sunday.

Midfielder Madison Hughes leads CCSU with 16 goals and 10 assists on the season. Hughes ranks eighth in the NEC in assists per game (0.91). Jackie Branthover ranks fourth in the NEC in ground balls (2.91) and ranks second in saves per game (8.82).

Saint Francis trails the all-time series against Central Connecticut State, 1-13. The Flash fell to the Blue Devils, 17-5, last season at home.
