BOX SCORE Washington, DC – The Saint Francis Red Flash field hockey team lost to Georgetown 4-2 to fall to 1-2 on the season Sunday afternoon.
Turning Point
In the 57th minute, four minutes after the Kylee Cunningham goal, Georgetown's Halle Gill scored off a pass from Katie Maransky extending the Hoyas lead over the Red Flash to three goals. A goal scored by Atina Pagani (Concepcion Del Uruguay/Instituto Santa Teresito) off the assist from Kellie Drugotch (Perkasie, Pa./Pennridge) cut the Saint Francis deficit in half, but the Red Flash were unable to get closer than that.

In the 30th minute, GU's Cami Osborne scored off of a penalty corner, giving Georgetown the lead going into halftime.

In the second half, the Red Flash were outscored 2-1. Atina Pagani (Concepcion Del Uruguay/Instituto Santa Teresito) scored the only SFU goal of the half in the 64th minute.
