Somerset, N.J. - Freshman
Marc-Antoine Hotte (Mascouche, Quebec) won his second NEC Men's Golfer of the Month in as many months on Wednesday. The award comes after averaging a 71.2 stroke average over five rounds in October.
Hotte was SFU's low finisher in both October Tournaments, finishing T16th at the Bucknell and Old Dominion Invitationals. His closing round of 66 (-5) at the ODU Invitational was a career-low and he shot under par in three of his five rounds.
Hotte becomes the first SFU golfer to win the award twice in a season since Matt Gowdy during the 2007-08 season and he is just two months into his young career.
