Loretto, Pa –The Saint Francis lacrosse team (3-7, 0-2) looks to earn its first conference win at Robert Morris on Friday, at 3 p.m.

The Colonials enter Friday's match 7-4 overall, and 0-2 in conference play. Robert Morris dropped its conference opener at Wagner 17-7, then fell to Mount Saint Mary's 14-3 two days later. Mackenzie and Melanie Gandy pace the RMU attack. Mackenzie leads the team with 40 points on 26 goals and 14 assists, while her twin-sister Melanie is second with 34 points on 18 goals and 16 assists. Kelly Colegrove anchors RMU's defense, leading the conference with 26 caused turnovers, an average of 2.36 per game. Goalkeeper Katelyn Miller has posted a .505 save percentage in her first two conference games good enough for second-best in the NEC.

Saint Francis is just 1-13 all-time against Robert Morris, losing its last 13 meetings. The Colonials defeated the Red Flash 18-12 in the tightly-contested 2018 match-up. SFU must end its losing streak against RMU on Friday to put itself in the mix for a playoff spot.
