Men's tennis continues play at Lehigh Saturday

Bethlehem, Pa. – Saint Francis men's tennis swings back into action at Lehigh on Saturday, Jan. 25 at 2 p.m.

The Red Flash are coming off a 4-1 defeat at Morgan State in the season-opener this past Sunday. Junior Sebastian Pinos (Quito, Ecuador/Compuinformatica) led the way for the Red Flash with a victory at No. 1 singles. Saturday's match with the Mountain Hawks will be Lehigh's first outing of the spring season.

Freshman Jordi Garcia (Barcelona, Spain/IES Vallès) is playing No. 2 singles for SFU, while freshman Andrew Teixeira (Sao Paulo, Brazil/ETEC Getúlio Vargas) is competing at the No. 3 position. Freshman Christian Banti (Pisa, Italy/IISS Antonio Pesenti) is No. 4 and sophomore Daniel Vinces (Lima, Peru/Universidad de Piura) is playing No. 5 singles. Junior Samuel Ghigiarelli (Aruja, Brazil/Jacksonville College) is competing at No. 6, while freshman Derek Roehner (Weston, FL/Cypress Bay) only competed in doubles in the first match of the season.
