» J.W. Cunningham (McMurray, Pa.), Marc-Antoine Hotte (Mascouche, Quebec) and Nathan Godbout (St. George, Vt.) each shot a four-over final round of 74 to lead Saint Francis men's golf at the Bucknell Invitational on Tuesday.
» Cunningham and Hotte led the way for the Red Flash, finishing in 29th place with a a three-round score of 217, 12 strokes behind the medalist.
» Hotte posted a birdie on nine and 13, bogeys on two, 10, 11 and 15, and a double bogey on one for a four-over round of 74. Fresh off his career-best round of 68 on Monday, Cunningham posted a birdie on five and nine, bogeys on 12, 14, 16 and 18 and a double bogey on 10 to also card a 74 on the afternoon.
» The Red Flash shot a 299 in the final round and finished 10th with a three-round total of 881.
FLASH MOMENTS
Godbout also shot a 74 to end the three rounds in 43rd place with a score of 221. He registered a birdie on 15, bogeys on four, 13 and 18, and a double bogey on 10.
Luke Minsky (Wexford, Pa.) and
Alex Kiepert (Ebensburg, Pa.) both shot a seven-over par round of 77 on Tuesday. Minsky registered birdies on eight and nine, bogeys on three, six, seven, 10 and 16, and double bogeys on 12 and 18. Kiepert had a birdie on five, bogeys on two, six, 12, 15 and double bogeys on 13 and 18 in his round.
Saint Francis posted a 296 in the first round, a 286 in the second round and a 299 in the third round for a three-day total of 881 for a 10th-place finish.
Army won the event with a total of 840, seven strokes ahead of Youngstown State (847) and Bucknell (847) while Monmouth (848) and Colgate (851) rounded out the Top-5 teams in the 15-team field.
