STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – The Saint Francis women's lacrosse team will travel to Wagner Saturday to face the Seahawks in the first of two meetings in five days.
The Red Flash enters Saturday in a crowded race for one of the NEC's four conference tournament spots. Five teams – LIU, Wagner, Bryant, Sacred Heart, and Saint Francis – are still in contention for the three spots behind first-place Mount St. Mary's, which has already clinched the No. 1 seed.

SCOUTING THE SEAHAWKS
Wagner won a key NEC clash against LIU on Wednesday to improve to 6-3 in league play. The Seahawks swept the Sharks in the regular season and hold wins over Bryant, Central Connecticut, and Merrimack, in addition to a split with Sacred Heart.
The Seahawk offense averages the second-most shots per game nationally (37.6). Erin Kerstetter leads the NEC and is 14
th nationally with 5.3 points per game. Kasey Domey is eighth nationally in caused turnovers per game (2.3) and 14
th in ground balls (3.1).

Wagner is 16-2 in the all-time series with Saint Francis capturing a pair of one-goal wins in 2010 and 2017. The teams last met in 2019 on Staten Island – a 17-5 Red Flash defeat. Current Saint Francis players

Livia Baker won the opening draw Saturday and scored the game's first goal nine seconds into the contest. Baker's four-goal afternoon moved her into the top 10 in program history with 75.
RECORD PLAYER
Senior
Emileigh Scott jumped to third in program history in points on Saturday and became the third Red Flash player to 150 career points. Scott enters Wednesday one goal back of Kate Simmons for second in program history.
CAUSING TROUBLE FOR OPPONENTS

Peyton LeConte has recorded 2.40 caused turnovers per game this season, which ranks fifth nationally. LeConte stands at 96 career caused turnovers.
Sophomore
Erika Ellison has recorded five caused turnovers in her four games since entering the starting lineup in the March 27 win over Merrimack. Ellison tallied two CTs on Saturday.

Elyssa Enrique ranks 10th nationally in save percentage at .500 through 10 games. Enrique has turned aside 11.10 shots per game, which is seventh in the nation.
