Quinn McElhenny (Hastings, Pa./ Cambria Heights) paced The Red Flash women taking 26th in the 5K with a time of 19:06.0.

Monica Gregg (Henrietta, N.Y./ Rush-Henrietta) finished 31st with a time of 19:14.3.
Mackenzie Walker (Indiana, Pa./ Marion Center) ran a 20:04.1, claiming 64th.

Tesslyn Helms (Pittsburgh, Pa./ Oakland Catholic) who finished 69th with a time of 20:10.7 and
Naomi Hillen (Pottstown, Pa./ Pottsgrove) who finished 86th tabbing a 20:37.4.
FLASH MEN NUGGETS
Senior
Zachary Kohler (Warriors Mark, Pa./ Tyrone Area) led The Red Flash men in the 5 mile. Kohler placed 29th with a time of 26:11.5.

Daniel Kelly (Spring Mills, Pa./ Penns Valley) crossed the finish line 76th with a time of 27:44.3.
Matthew Berzonsky (Indiana, Pa./ Indiana) claimed 91st with a time of 28:17.9.

John Flynn Jr. (Ashland, Pa./ North Schuylkill) (28:26.4) and
Andrew McGee (Canonsburg, Pa./ Canon McMillan) (28.43.4) placed 95th and 102nd, respectively to finish off the men's top scorers.
