The Wildcats scored three times in the second quarter and once in the third quarter to jump out to a 4-0 lead en route to a 4-1 win.

Ortiz broke up the shutout when she found the back of the cage off an assist from Valentini at the 42:47 minutes.
 
FLASH NUGGETS
Ortiz registered her first score of 2022 after ranking second on the team last year with six goals and four assists for 16 points.
 
Valentini, who scored twice against Drexel on Friday, posted two goals and an assist for five points in the week. The sophomore has registered a point in four of the six games this season and in 15 of the 19 games the Red Flash has scored in her two seasons. She leads the team with four tallies and three assists for 11 points in 2022 and has 12 goals and nine assists for 33 points in 26 career games.
 
Bryan and South both notched a season-high in saves on the afternoon.
