WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
>> The Saint Francis University cross country teams will travel to Lock Haven, Pennsylvania for the Lock Haven Invitational Saturday, September 23.
>> The men's crimson 8K race begins at 10:00 a.m. and the women's crimson 6K race will follow at 10:45 a.m. The top eight runners from each team compete in the crimson races.
>> After the crimson races, the men's white 8K race will proceed at 11:30 a.m., with the women's white 6K race following immediately after at 12:15 p.m. An unlimited number of runners can compete in the white races.

LAST TIME OUT
The squads competed at the Father Bede Invitational in Tyrone, Pennsylvania on Friday, September 1. Out of 10 teams, the women's team placed second while the men's team took sixth.
 
Anna Quackenbush led the way in her first collegiate meet with the best finish in the women's 5K race, taking ninth with a time of 19:53.5. 
 
Daniel Kelly paced the men's team in the 6K race, finishing 12th with a time of 20:06.2.
 
RED FLASH AT LOCK HAVEN INVITATIONAL HISTORY
It will be the first time in program history Saint Francis is competing at the Lock Haven Invitational.
