(St. George, Vt.) shot a one-over par round in the final round to move up 26 spots and finish 50th to lead the Saint Francis men's golf team at the Battle at Rum Pointe on Saturday.
>> Godbout posted four birdies on the afternoon, including three on the back nine along with eight pars to finish one-over in the round. The senior had birdies on No. 3, 12, 13 and 16 and carded a two-under par back nine.
>> Godbout finished with a total of 157 in the two rounds after shooting an 84 on Friday. He had six birdies and 15 pars in the 36 holes.

Ben Diskin (Charlotte, N.C.) (98th place, 184) participated for the Red Flash team score. Hoey registered birdies on No. 2, 6 and 15 along with eight pars to finish the two days with five birdies and 18 pars. Cascino had birdies on No. 3 and 13 and four pars in the final round and two birdies and 15 pars in the 36 holes, while McClintock recorded eight pars on Saturday and 17 pars in the two rounds. Diskin had his second birdie in two days on No. 6 and eight pars and ended the first event of the spring with two birdies and 12 pars.

Hunter Jurica (Derry, Pa.) (95th place, 177) competed in the event as an individual and had eight pars in the final round and 12 pars in the 36 holes.

Penn rallied from a two-stroke deficit after the first round to win the 36-hole event with a score of 590, one stroke ahead of Penn (591), while Iona (593), Fairfield (598) and Mount St. Mary's (598) rounded out the Top-5 teams. Saint Francis shot a 331 in the first round and then carded eight strokes better in the second round to finish in 18th place and score of 654.
