Jackson Hoey (Sewickley, Pa.) had the best round for Saint Francis for the second-straight day to finish 36th at the Northeast Conference (NEC) Men's Golf Championships on Sunday.
>> Hoey highlighted his final collegiate round with an eagle on the second hole and nine pars to shoot a seven-over 79 in the final round.
>> Hoey, in his second NEC Championships, posted an eagle, six birdies, and 15 pars in the 54-holes.

Nathan Godbout (St. George, Vt.) (41st place, 240,
Lukas Cascino (Johnstown, Pa.) (43rd place, 244),
Hunter Jurica (Derry, Pa.) (45th place, 247), and Meyers (46th place, 250) rounded out the Red Flash players.
Godbout opened the tournament with a team-best round of 75 in the first round in his third and final league championships. Godbout had a birdie on four and seven pars in the final round to finish the three rounds with four birdies and 29 pars.
Cascino carded eight pars in the final 18 holes, and two birdies, and 29 pars in the tournament. Jurica posted three pars in the final round, and ended the championships with three birdies and 19 pars. Along with Meyers' eagle on seven, the freshman had birdies on five, 11, and 12 and four pars. Meyers carded an eagle, five birdies, and 19 pars in the three rounds. The trio made their first NEC Championships appearance.
Howard led wire-to-wire to earn its first NEC title with a three-round score of 859, 12 strokes ahead of LIU (871) and Sacred Heart (871). North Carolina Central (894), Binghamton (900), Le Moyne (903), FDU (911), Wagner (912), Merrimack (916), UMES (946), and Saint Francis (963) rounded out the 11-team field after two rounds. The Flash shot 315 in the first round, 319 in the second round, and 329 in the final round.
