Akron, Ohio - Saint Francis men's soccer will be looking to make it three consecutive matches without defeat when they visit the Akron Zips for a primetime matchup on Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m.
Saint Francis So Far In 2024
Saint Francis enters the contest at 2-3-1 after an enthralling 3-3 draw with Canisius on Sept. 14.
Joschi Schelb leads the Red Flash in goals and points with five goals and twelve points. Schelb leads the NEC in goals and points.

Fabian Wagner, who has eight points from four goals so far this year. Wagner has scored in three consecutive matches, marking the first time a Saint Francis player has done that since Wagner did it in three straight matches from Nov. 2, 2023 through Aug. 22, 2024.
Milo Risenhoover has made 13 saves this season. Risenhoover has either tied or set his career high for saves in a match in four consecutive outings.
The Word on Akron
The Zips enter the contest at 2-3-3 coming off of a 4-3 win over Butler in their last match.
Emil Jaaskelainen leads the Zips in goals, assists and points this year with five, four and 14 respectively. Jasskelainen is a familiar foe for the Red Flash. He played for LIU, a member of the NEC, from 2020- 2023.
Mitch Budler has been the lone man between the woodwork this season for Akron. Budler has maintained a 1.63 goals against average and a .581 save percentage.

Saint Francis and Akron last met on Sept. 16, 2007 in a match resulted in a 4-0 Akron win.
