>> Saint Francis women's track & field finished 17th and the men's team took 18th at this weekend's IC4A/ECAC Championships held at Boston University's Track & Tennis Center.

Olivia Renk broke the women's 200-meter school record during the finals with a time of 24.70. Her time put her in seventh and helped her earn All East honors. The freshman broke the mark previously held by Keishana LaRose's time of 24.81 in 2012. Renk's time of 24.73 in the preliminaries surpassed the original record before the finals.
>> Twelve athletes combined from both teams claimed All East honors for finishing in the top-8, including four from the women's distance medley relay team.

FLASH WOMEN NUGGETS
Renk's performance in the 200-meter was a part of five total top-8 finishes for the women's team.
Carly Sedun took fourth in the women's weight throw with a mark of 16.69m. The senior's throw puts her at eighth all-time on the performance lists.
The women's distance medley relay team of
Emma Fleck,
Morgan McNaughton,
Sarah Colman and
Nina Connors finished fourth with a time of 12:13.41. It is now the fifth-best in the event in Saint Francis history.
Anna Quackenbush is now third on the women's 5000-meter run top-10 list and earned All East honors after placing eighth with a time of 17:31.38.
In the women's 800-meter preliminaries,
Mariclare Anderson clocked in the third-best time in Red Flash history with a time of 2:14.96. Her time helped move her to the finals, where she took eighth with a time of 2:17.14.
Tesslyn Helms is entranced into fourth in the women's 3000-meter run with a time of 10:07.64.
Connors went home with the seventh-best time in Saint Francis women's indoor track & field history in the 1000-meter run with a time of 3:01.35.
FLASH MEN NUGGETS
The men's team accumulated five top-8 finishers that claimed All East honors for their performances.
Clark Gulycz had another strong showing in the men's shot put to claim All East. Coming off his first place finish at the Northeast Conference Championships, the freshman thrower placed second over the weekend with a mark of 16.27m. He completed the indoor season with six top-3 finishes.
Vincent Franco (16.31m) and
Joseph Sevison (16.26m) finished sixth and eighth in the men's weight throw, respectively.
Dylan Andrews took seventh in the men's pole vault with a clearance of 4.40m.
Rounding out the top-8 finishers is
Tyler Craft, who placed eighth in the men's triple jump with a mark of 13.77m.
