Carlos Cheruiyot (Boulder, Colo./Niwot) led the Saint Francis men's team with a time of 27:01. He finished in first place to obtain his first Rookie of the Week. He aided the men's team in finish sixth with a score of 100. 

Cheruiyot and Anna Quackenbush were both named NEC Prime Performers. Quackenbush, the junior, paced her way into fourth place with a time of 23:59. 

She helped Saint Francis's women's team place second during the invitational with a score of 53.  

The Red Flash will next hit the course in Kentucky to race at the 24th Annual Swags Louisville Cross Country Classic on October 4.
