Karsyn Ford,
Olivia Renk, and
Clark Gulycz were all named Prime Performers after top finishes during the VMI Winter Relays this past weekend.
Freshman Ford (Johnstown, Pa./Richland) placed sixth after clearing 3.45m in pole vault.
Sophomore Renk (Bridgeville, Pa./South Fayette) placed sixth in the women's 60m prelims with a new personal record of 7.68. On day two, she then finished sixth in the women's 60m with a time of 7.72. Renk also placed fifth in the 200 meter with 24.93 as her time.
Gulycz (Whitehall, Pa./Allentown Central Catholic) claimed first place with a 17.26m throw in men's shot put.
Saint Francis track and field heads into post season in Somerset, NJ at the NEC Indoor Championship. This will be held at the Ocean Breeze Park Track & Field Complex on February 15 and 16.
