FLASH MOMENTSÂ
Hunter Jurica led the way for Saint Francis after finishing the two-round event in 38th with a total score of 155. The junior shot a 77 (+7) on the first 18 followed by a 78 (+8) on the second round. Jurica tallied 15 pars and four birdies on the day.
Toby Webb finished the event in 53rd place. Webb jumped nine places following the second round. The senior shot a two-round score of 159. He recorded 14 pars and four birdies.Â
Trent Meyers came out of the invitational with a 56th place finish. The junior shot a combined two-round score of 160. Meyers marked his scorecard with 17 pars and three birdies.
Also competing for the Red Flash was Isaac Miller (69th place, 169) and Bryce VanHorn (70th place, 179).
The top five teams of the Columbia Spring Invitational include Drexel (590), Penn (593), Manhattan (603), and a three way tie at 604 between Fordham, Le Moyne, and Siena.
UP NEXTÂ
Saint Francis will be back on the course April 13-14 at the Mountain Invitational at Pete Dye. The Red Flash will compete at the Pete Dye Golf Club in Bridgeport, W. Va., playing 54 holes over the two days.
