Placed third in the 3000m run at the Bennie Benson Memorial Invitational with a personal best time of 9:00.34 … ran a 9:47.52 in the 3000m steeplechase at the NEC Championship … posted a personal best time of 16:45.00 in the 5000m run at the NEC Championship.

2011 Indoor
Earned a sixth place finish in the 3000m run at the Thomson Invitational with a time of 9:12.82 … part of the 4x1 mile relay team that posted the second best time at the Penn State Relays with a mark of 17:28.32.
 
2010 Outdoor
Set a PR in the outdoor 5000m with a time of 15:45.91 at the Colonial Relays (4/2/10)… ran a personal best in the outdoor 3000m Steeplechase at the Bison Outdoor Classic, recording a time of 10:08.3 (4/10/10).

2009-10 Indoor
Authored the third best performance of the year in the indoor 5000m with a time of 15:46.74 at the NEC Indoor Championships (2/21/10) …set a PR of 4:25.49 in the indoor Mile at the Bucknell Winter (2/12/10).

2009 Outdoor
Took 15th in the 3k steeplechase (10:36.23) at the 2009 NEC Outdoors.

2008-09 Indoor
Placed 16th in the 3k (9:18.07) at the 2009 NEC Indoors.
