Set a PR in the outdoor 400m Hurdles to take fifth with a time of 1:04.04 at the NEC’s Finals (5/2/10)… was a member of the outdoor 4x100 Relay Team that took fifth with a time of 48.51 at the NEC’s Finals (5/2/10)…member of the outdoor 4x200m that took 13th with a time of 1:45.52 at the Colonial Relays (4/3/10)
 
2009-10 (Indoor)
Recorded a career high in the indoor 60m while being a first best performance for the year in that event with a time of 8.05 at the Bucknell Heptagonal (1/23/10)…set a PR of 26.08 at the NEC’s Prelims (2/20/10) in the indoor 200m…set a PR in the indoor 400m with a time of 1:02.10 at the Bison O&M (1/30/10).

2009 (Outdoor)
Staily placed fifth in the 400m hurdles (1:06.88), and eighth in the 4x400m relay (4:11.06), at the 2009 NEC Outdoor Championships.
