Set a PR in the indoor 400m with a time of 1:04.83 at the Bucknell Winter (2/12/10)…set a new PR in the indoor 500m with a time of 1:25.66 at the Bucknell Heptagonal (1/23/10).

Member of second-place Distance Medley Relay at 2009 NEC Indoors, which crossed line in 12:36.73… took eighth in the 800m (2:28.16) run, and was a member of the 4x800m relay team that finished fifth in 9:50.22 at the 2009 NEC Outdoor Championships
2008-09 (Indoor)
Recorded a season-best time of 2:24.75 at the NEC Championships … recorded a season-best time of 1:26.89 in the 500-meter run … Posted a season-best time of 5:33.06 in the mile run.
