REDSHIRT SENIOR (2018) – Did not play this season due to injury.

SENIOR (2017) – Redshirted due to injury.

JUNIOR (2016) – Started in 56 games this year, including starts at Designated Player, First Base, Pitcher and Right Field… NEC Player of the Week on March 7 and 14… Batted .266 with 46 hits, including five doubles, a triple and 12 homers. Scored 27 runs and drove in 36… Had an on-base percentage of .364 and a slugging percentage of .514… In the circle, went 6-7 with a 5.37 ERA in 18 appearances, including 12 starts, with four complete games. Struck out 35 batters in 73 innings… 12 multi-hit games and nine multi-RBI games… Had a double and two RBI at East Carolina(2/20). Also threw seven innings for a win in the circle, allowing two runs on six hits and striking out seven… Went 3-for-4 with a homer and two RBI at Grand Canyon(3/2)… 3-for-3 with three RBI and a triple in a win over UTEP(3/4). Allowed only one run in 4.2 innings to pick up the win, giving up three hits and striking out two… Gave up only two runs on six hits in 4.2 innings at No. 15 Arizona(3/5)… Hit a solo homer and scored three runs in the first game of a doubleheader vs. Cornell(3/12).  Followed with two hits, including a solo homer in the second game. The next day, went 2-for-3 with a double, a homer and three RBI to help SFU to a three-game sweep… Allowed just one run on four hits over six innings vs. Canisius(3/18), with four strikeouts… 2-for-2 with an RBI in a win over Lafayette(3/24). Threw five shutout innings, giving up just two hits, and struck out four… In a doubleheader at Marshall(3/29), hit a two-run homer in the first game and went 2-for-4 with a double and a homer in the second game… 2-for-4 with a double at LIU Brooklyn(4/2)… Hit a two-run homer at Wagner(4/3)… 2-for-4 and scored a run at Maryland(4/5). Picked up the win, allowing two runs, one earned, on six hits and striking out two in six innings… Went 2-for-4 with an RBI vs. Bucknell(4/19)… In a doubleheader vs. Bryant(4/23), went 3-for-3 with two homers and four RBI in the first game. Followed with a homer and two RBI in the second game… Hit a two-run homer at Penn State(4/27)… In a doubleheader vs. Central Connecticut State(5/5), 2-for-4 with an RBI in the first game. Followed with a solo homer in the second game.

SOPHOMORE (2015) – All-NEC First Team … appeared and started in all 50 games … made 14 pitching starts and finished with six wins and a 2.97 ERA … had three complete games and two saves … fourth in the NEC in hits allowed per seven innings … finished tied for fourth in SFU history for runs in a single season with 38 … led the team with six home runs and a .421 on-base percentage … finished second on the team with a .318 batting average and 11 doubles … one of the top fielders on the team with a .972 fielding percentage … second on the team with 11 multi-hit games including a three-hit game at Bryant (4/26) … had team’s longest hitting streak of the season at eight games (3-29-4/12) … tied for second on the team with seven multi-RBI games including three three-RBI games and one four-RBI game at Fairleigh Dickinson (4/12).

FRESHMAN (2014) – Became the second Red Flash player to be named to an NFCA All-Region Team (Third Team, Great Lakes Region) … Northeast Conference Rookie of the Year … All-NEC First Team selection … Two-time NEC Rookie of the Week … Finished third in the NEC in runs scored (32), fourth in RBIs (35) and third in hit batsmen (10) … Third in NEC in pitching victories (16) and fourth in games started (27) … Second on the team in multi-hit games (12) and led the team with 11 multi-RBI games … Had four RBIs in a game twice, against Morgan State (2/22) and against Manhattan (3/7) … Had second longest hitting streak on team at nine games … Got the pitching victory and hit the go-ahead home run in the eighth inning to give the Red Flash its third victory in school history over Penn State in 34 games (4/2).

BEFORE SFU - A versatile threat on the field, Bower has seen time at Williamsport Area High School both on the mound and at the shortstop position. Bower was named Lycoming County Player of the Year two years running by ESPN and earned Pitcher of the Year status as well for 2011 and 2012. Her sophomore season Bower received second team all-state honors and graduated to first team honors the following year. All of these accolades helped the 5-8 Bower and her Millionaires squad to back-to-back district championships.
