LORETTO, Pa. – Saint Francis lacrosse head coach Gregg Gebhard has named Lindsay Ingram (Stewartstown, Pa./York Catholic), Sarah Mahon (Malverne, N.Y./Kellenberg Memorial) and Christina Fini (Huntington, N.Y./Smithtown East) captains for the 2016 season.
 
"I am pleased to announce Christina, Lindsay and Sarah as captains for the 2016 season. The team did a great job of recognizing the leadership abilities of Lindsay and Sarah this fall and adding them to Christina as a returning captain strengthens our leadership group," said Gebhard.
 
Fini is a two-time team captain and started in all 16 games while leading the Flash offense with 27 goals and contributed with seven assists. She had a season-high four goals in a win at Mercer last season. Fini totaled in 28 ground balls and caused 15 turnovers.
 
Ingram made three starts for the Flash in 15 appearances in 2015.  She scored 11 goals and had three assists. She also led the team with 30 draw controls and had a season-high two goals against Central Connecticut, Gardner-Webb and Mercer.
 
Mahon played in 15 games her freshman year while making 13 starts. She enriched the offense with 17 goals and five assists. Had her best game in conference at Robert Morris, where she contributed three goals. Mahon totaled in 15 ground balls, five caused turnovers and 16 controls.
 
Saint Francis starts the 2016 campaign on Feb. 20 against Radford University.
