BOX SCORE Moon Township, Pa. - The Saint Francis lacrosse team (6-6, 1-2 NEC) got three goals apiece from senior
Holly Lawrence (Damascus, Md./Damascus) and juniors
Sarah Mahon (Malverne, N.Y./Kellenberg Memorial) and
Jessica Fischetti (Massapequa, N.Y./Plainedge) but allowed a season-high 22 goals in a 22-13 loss at Robert Morris on Friday afternoon.
Concheck's Reaction
"Robert Morris outworked us today on the hustle stats that remain imperative for us to possess the ball and put the ball in the back of the net," said head coach
Kara Concheck. "They were able to capitalize on our mistakes, translating them into goals. Our defense struggled to make stops today. We need to bounce back next week with two big home games."
