SOMERSET, N.J. – The Northeast Conference announced its women's soccer Mount Rushmore on Monday. Saint Francis alumna
Tesa McKibben ('14) was tabbed as one the NEC's all-time top-four women's soccer players.
McKibben became the first player in NCAA women's soccer history to be named Conference Player of the Year all four seasons of her career. The four-time NEC Golden Boot Award winner was named to the Northeast Conference Hall of Fame last year.
McKibben is a four-time All-Region selection and a four-time All-NEC First Team selection, also being named to two All-Tournament Teams. Additionally, she was named Scholar All-America after her sophomore, junior and senior seasons.
McKibben holds five program records – points (180), goals (70), assists (40), shots (449) and goals per game (0.8). She also is the owner of the single-season program records for points (54), goals (20), shots (137), goals per game (1.0), shots per game (6.9) and is tied for the program record in assists (14).
Following the completion of her redshirt junior season, McKibben ranked second among DI players nationally with eight game-winning goals and fourth in points per game (2.33). As a redshirt freshman in 2010, McKibben ranked seventh nationally with 39 points and ninth with 15 goals.
