Loretto, PA. - Freshman Shauna Abair (Lantana, Fl/Home School) earns this weeks NEC Rookie of the Week award for her performance last weekend at Siena when she took the overall first place finish in the 1,650-yard freestyle in a time of 18:03.77. Abair has previously placed high in the longer distance swims over this season. She was followed by two other SFU swimmers to sweep this event. 

The Red Flash came out on top against the Saints where they took the meet win, outscoring them 147-75. 

Saint Francis will be back in action for the NEC Championships on February 19th when they head to Nassau County, NY.
