LORETTO, Pa - Saint Francis Women's Swimmer
Aurem Pifarre-Planes (Balauguer, Barcelona) earned a NEC Prime Performer selection for her contributions in the meet at Saint Bonaventure.
The freshman swimmer placed first in the Women 1000 Free with a blazing time of 10:58.30, Pifarre-Planes also placed first in the Women 500 Free with a time of 5:17.10. Pifarre-Planes finished out the Saint Bonaventure meet with a second place finish in the Women 200 Free Relay with a time of 1:41.44 alongside her Red Flash teammates,
Sara Blanco,
Amalia Bradburn (Reading, PA) and Nicole Lopez Kohlmann (Mexico City, Mexico).
This was the first career meet for Pifarre-Planes as she looks to continue her ascent as one of the key contributors on the Women's Swimming squad this season.
Up next the Women's Swimming team will travel to LIU Brooklyn on Saturday October 16th to face the Blackbirds.
