LORETTO, Pa. – The Saint Francis Department of Athletics has announced an updated fan attendance policy for outdoor sports, effective March 1.
Four guests of each participating Saint Francis student-athlete and holders of Saint Francis University IDs will be permitted to attend outdoor sporting events held at DeGol Field and the Red Flash Softball Field. Attendance will be limited to those specified fans on the team's submitted guest list and faculty, staff, and students with valid SFU IDs.
This policy is also in effect for the Saint Francis men's and women's soccer spring scrimmages, to be held at either Stokes SoccerPlex or DeGol Field.
Saint Francis Athletics requires its fans and supporters to continue to take all necessary measures and follow the guidance of public health officials, including wearing a mask, practicing physical distancing, and increased hand hygiene.
Tailgating or any social gatherings at venues, in parking lots, or on Saint Francis University property will be prohibited for the remainder of the Spring 2021 semester. Re-entry will not be permitted at facilities.
Athletic department officials will continue to monitor any changes to public health guidelines and adjust accordingly.
