SOMERSET, N.J. – The Northeast Conference announced its weekly tennis awards on Wednesday. Junior Romina Cutipa was named an NEC Prime Performer for her performance against Mercyhurst and Bucknell.

Cutipa led the Saint Francis women as the Red Flash beat Mercyhurst last weekend. Cutipa won at both singles and doubles against Mercyhurst, winning her No. 4 singles match in straight sets (6-4, 6-2) and taking the No. 1 doubles match (6-0). She also won her singles match at Bucknell in straight sets (6-2, 7-5).
