LORETTO, Pa. – The Saint Francis Student-Athlete Advisory Committee has elected its executive board for the 2021-22 academic year, as a six-member panel representing a wide range of Red Flash programs will work to further the goals and experience of the student-athlete population.
Football's
Kyle Simmonds has been chosen as SAAC President for 2021-22. The Ohio native is a communications major at Saint Francis and a Student Government Senator.
Women's lacrosse goalie
Elyssa Enrique has been picked as Vice President. Also from the Buckeye State, Enrique ranks among the nation's leaders in save percentage. Enrique is a health science major.
Men's basketball guard/forward
Tyler Stewart will serve as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Chair. The Maryland native has averaged over seven points per game since transferring to Saint Francis two seasons ago. Stewart is a communications major.
Women's volleyball right side
Nicole Adams has been selected for the role Mental Health/Active Minds Chair. Hailing from Upstate New York, Adams led the Red Flash in aces and ranked second in kills, blocks, and digs in 2019. Adams, who is Frankie Cup Chair in 2020-21, is a health science major.
Women's soccer midfielder
Rhiallie Jessell will be the Frankie Cup Chair this upcoming season. Jessell started all 17 games for the Red Flash in 2019. The Williamsport native is a biology major.
Men's cross country/track & field distance runner
Michael Gallagher will serve as Finance chair. The Pittsburgh native has run in the NEC Indoor and Outdoor Championships and scored in the steeplechase in Friday's win at Mount St. Mary's. Gallagher is an Environmental Engineering and Mathematics double major.
