Saint Francis University women's lacrosse head coach
Morgan Gott has announced the hiring of Craig Lowery as an assistant coach.
"I am excited to have Craig Lowery on staff," said Gott. "He brings with him a great passion for the sport of lacrosse. His offensive playbook will be a big part of our team's success this season. He has already made a significant impact with our attackers in just a couple of weeks."
Lowery comes to Loretto after serving as the women's lacrosse head coach at St. Andrews University in North Carolina since July. Lowery also served as women's lacrosse head coach at Ursuline College, the women's lacrosse head coach at Missouri Valley College, and the men's lacrosse head coach at Cleary University.
"I am so happy to be part of a great legacy of academics and athletics at Saint Francis University," said Lowery. "I hope to contribute to carrying on the long-standing traditions of this great institution."
Lowery was a member of the University of Cumberland men's lacrosse team for three seasons and helped the team to a 34-15 overall record and a 15-2 mark in conference play. Cumberland advanced to the NAIA National Invitational second round in his last two years.
Lowery received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Criminal Profiling in 2019 from the University of Cumberlands and his Master's degree in Criminal Justice Administration with an emphasis on Addictions in the Fall of 2024 from the University of Cumberlands.
