FRESHMAN (09-10): Heddings set a PR in the outdoor 400m at the Colonial Relays (4/2/10) with a time of 1:04.79…set a new PR in the outdoor Long Jump with a distance of 4.95m/16’3” at the NEC Outdoor Championships (5/1/10)…set a new PR in the Triple Jump with a distance of 11.23m/36-10.25 at the NEC Outdoor Championships (5/2/10).
HIGH SCHOOL: Heddings is expected to be an immediate contributor for the Red Flash, especially in the Triple and Long Jumps...PIAA champion in the triple jump her sophomore year...two-time District champion in the triple jump... Lettered in three different sports in high school: track (four years), cross country (three)?and soccer (four).
PERSONAL: Coached by Robert Coy in high school... daughter of Daryl and John Heddings.
