JUNIOR (09-10): Set a PR in the outdoor 800m with a time of 2:20.78 at the Father Bede Invite (4/24/10)…set a PR in the outdoor 1500m with a time of 5:09.51 at the Eric Kloiber Invitational (4/17/10)… member of the outdoor 4x800m Relay Team that took third at the NEC Outdoor Championships with a time of 9:38.05 (5/1/10) ...took fifth in the indoor 800m with a time of 2:21.73 at the NEC Indoor Championships (2/21/10)...set a new PR in the indoor 400m with a time of 1:02.16 at the Bucknell Winter (2/12/10)…set a PR in the indoor 800m with a time of 2:21.10, qualifying for the finals at the NEC Indoor Championships (2/20/10)……recorded a PR of 3:09.48 in the indoor 1000m at the Bucknell Heptagonal (1/23/10)… was a member of the indoor Distance Medley Relay team that took eighth at the NEC Indoor Championships (2/21/10) with a time of 13:02.14...Ran a 21:01 at the Mount Saint Mary's 5K Duals (9/4/09)...placed 37th out of 117 (20:17) at the Buffalo Stampede (9/19/09)...ran a 23:48 in the 6K at the Paul Short Invitational (10/2/09)...finished 30th out of 100 (20:01) at the 2009 NEC Championships (10/31/09)...ran a 25:33 in the 6K at the 2009 NCAA Mid Atlantic Region (11/15/09).
SOPHOMORE (08-09): member of second-place Distance Medley Relay at 2009 NEC Indoors, which crossed line in 12:36.73… was a member of the 4x800m relay team that finished fifth in 9:50.22 at the 2009 NEC Outdoor Championships...finished 41st (21:06) at the 2008 NEC Cross Country Championships.
PERSONAL: Served on SFU Student-Athlete Mentors (SAMS) in 2008-09… fall 2008 and spring 2008, 2009 SFU Academic Honor Roll student… spring 2009 NEC Academic Honor Roll… Elementary/Special Education major...daughter of Nancy and Daryl Williams.
